Just went thru my photobucket from beginning to end, dang...that's like 3-4 years worth of [stuff]. Not just photography but random stuff that I thought was hilarious. It just shows me how time flies. There is a lot of photography in there as well, just about a piece of EVERY photoshoot I've ever done. I've worked with so many different personalities its crazy...I don't think no one looks at it like that. I don't count the amount of people I've worked with but the amount of personalities, and know that one individual is not limited to just one personality. With every character I come across, I look at God's work as art...well, because it is art. Its like we're characters in one big movie, that has its commercials, short films, tv series, sequels and more...I just know that I'm destined to stand out in my role. No matter if you're a superstar or a seat-filler, you still have a role to play in this movie called "Life" (not to be confused with the comedy with Eddie Murphy & Martin Lawrence haha).
But on the no bull, working with these many different personalities has allowed me to alter myself as well as my artwork in many different positive ways to present to the public. I never wanna be someone thats boring. So the ones that don't know me say I'm the quiet guy, and try to figure me out...and the ones that do know me say I got a smart mouth, and still in a sense can't completely figure me out. People like to copy, so why not give them something with substance & content to copy off of? So I live my life creatively. Do something just enough to get the attention of life's audience, and then put my own twist to it. "Flyer than the rest of em...ha"
The lastest character I've worked with was Ms. Carson in the previous Hollagraphy Shoot. Much like myself, she keeps a straight face in photos but in person does the total opposite. Be sure to check that shoot out. It started raining during the shoot, but she's a soldier, so no rain was gonna stop her party lol. Great chemistry working together during the session, so expect to see more work from the both of us. [Add me to facebook to view the entire shoot]
On to other things...
Version 6: Break to Build is currently in the works. Hopefully, I'll be winding to the final stages of it soon, its a lot of hard work. I've been working on it day & night so NO that does not mean its gonna take another year to drop lol. In the beginning stages of the site I was in a constant battle with self on if the design of the site should be extravagant or simple. Like Version 5: A Perfect Fifth, I went with the simple look; I want the work to speak for itself. The site will have new work (also some old work..design, clothing, photography, and illustration), videos, and I'm also bringing back the featured section of the site. The feature section will consist mainly of featured artists, some of which I already have listed from V3, and many new ones. This will allow me to showcase others of my choice that are from the DMV and other areas as well.

The Day Job x Lyriciss x Progression
Haven't blogged in a good minute...this job has been really taking up a lot of my time. Getting more money now but making less moves and its not in my field at all; thats not something that I actually like. Really thinking about quitting and going back to the way I use to do things. Taking a step back oddly seems like I'll be taking a step forward by doing so. Less money but more moves being made...you never know, a major opportunity may open up, but we'll see. I'm just riding everything out right now...doing what I can and still applying for design jobs. Recently was turned down for the graphic designer position in Nashville with the Gaylord Opryland Hotels. They offer a lot of Quality in there business. I was really looking forward to that, it kinda made me mad that i didn't get it, real discouraging. I try hard and work hard but still can't get anything. Its been like 9-10 months since graduation, and I feel as though I am moving backwards. Its kinda been putting me in a position where I'm not necessarily losing my focus, but more of losing my assurance of where I wanna be. Atlanta was the original plan, but I have priorities and gotta handle what I gotta handle. An obstacle was thrown my way so that plan was postponed. Lately, I have been looking into a lot of graphic design jobs in the DMV area. I honestly wanna be back home but don't wanna deal with the cost of living. Most of the time I feel like giving up, but the people around me know me a lot better than that. I couldn't stop grindin even if I was paid to stop grindin lol. So no matter where my path leads me, I'm gonna work for whatever I get. And I'm gonna get to where ever the Lord takes me.

What's Poppin in the DMV?
Normally, I would speak on the homie Wale, Marky or Southeast Slim. But I gotta give it up to the homie Lyriciss. I been riding with him from the beginning, and he has been supporting me and my work as well for a long time. He has been showing a lot of progression on every track I hear. I was actually a lil late on listening to his previous mixtape "The Day Job", and normally I'm never known for being late when it comes to music (especially music back home in the DMV). Dude doing his thing though, I been crankin his tracks since he was known as Young L. He was featured on Version 3: Holla University of my website (www.hollafashions.com). So if yall get a chance, make sure you download "The Day Job". It is worth the listen. Keep doing the damn thing for the area homie, I got u all the way! And I haven't forgot bout those tees lol, I even put it on the blog!

Whats New...
I've been doing some design & photography work here and there lately but I just haven't been posting much. Guess I'll post a few when the time is right. But right now, I'm just chillin, getting myself a bit more organized and getting back on track. I got a lot of ideas in my head and I'm gonna post things the right way to keep that buzz going. You can expect to see a few more youtube vids from me in the future. Also been doing a lot of photography for the local parties at the clubs in the area, so shout out to FAME promotions & The Connect...Twon, Tay & Marlon grindin hard doing there thing throwing some of the biggest and best parties in the area.

Check the lil ad...a simple HF ad for a spot in my boy Tyrone's mini mag he will be releasing. (Brightwood Entertainment).

Version 6 of my website has briefly been in my thoughts. I'm not worried about the design of it, but I am more focused on the creative representation behind it, as well as the quality of the presentation. Something will come together sometime soon when I get time to sit down and plan it out. Not gonna speak too much on that because thats a good lil while from now.
I also was recently able to order some more photography equipment. Ordered the photo lighting (with umbrellas), black/white Backdrops with the stand and carrying case and a new Flash (yea i broke like 2 of them joints already lol). But I'm milking this wack job for what its worth. Using my checks to make more cash in the future. I'm looking to get another camera lens or a new cam, haven't decided just yet what I want to do first. But I've trained myself not to window shop, so I'll decided when the money is in my account.
Other than that, I just been looking to stay fresh lately. Back on my kick game and just picked up a new "W" fitted the other day. I'm gonna try to grab them in every color with the matching watches....throw some chucks in there too lol.
These are a couple I seen online that go ji-hard:
